convenient location helpful staff complimentary coffee mini fridge

the location really worked for me, with easy walks to main attractions. the staff offered assistance with directions. i found complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby. room included a mini fridge. i appreciate that very much.

The elevator felt a little small. It only fits three people.

excellent stay near major attractions!

great location train station helpful staff

i found the location convenient! it was just minutes from the louvre and notre dame. the hotel's proximity to two train stations including chatlet station made getting around very easy. i also liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

unclean floors old fruit

The hotel's location met my needs, as it was close to many attractions.

The cleanliness was not great. I saw that the floors and walls needed better cleaning. The shower also flooded during the first two nights, and the front desk did not fix it. I also found the breakfast disappointing. The water in the egg boiling machine seemed old, and the fresh fruit looked unappetizing.

the location was like a dream because everything important stood within a short, gentle walk. the friendly staff granted me a welcome that felt genuinely warm. i adored the booklet provided in the room, it had helpful qr codes so you can learn about certain attractions. i found the rooms were super clean and clean.
